Shou mounted his old shabby like broom. "Up" he said, alas nothing happened. After several minutes of saying the word 'up' and many other Japanese words he finally started to lift into the air

"Oh," Vanessa answered, feeling stupid. She pointed down the end of her broom and carefully leaned forward. The old, tattered Shooting Star floated down and Vanessa shakily got off, glad to feel the solid ground.

Vicky had decided to continue to fly around. She didn't want to end the fun now. She soared up higher into the air and prepared for a loop. Awesome she thought to herself. This was really fun. She guessed she would have to practice standing on her broom and doing loops more since she is the seeker of her qudditch team. She would have to do loops to confuse others. Vicky did some more loops, but decided to stand on it later.

Vanessa sturdily got on again and kicked off with an "Up!!" This time, the broom agreed and slithered into high air, and doing an intrecate, fast loop.
